How FixIT Crna Gora uses contact form details, website preferences and optional Google Analytics.

Contact and your data
When you submit the email form, FixIT Crna Gora uses your name, email, selected service and message to answer and arrange work. Messages are delivered through hosting and email infrastructure. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact kontakt@fixitcg.me. We retain enquiries while needed for communication and agreed work; we do not use them for automated marketing messages.
Necessary settings
The website uses a session and form abuse protection. Theme and analytics choices are stored locally in your browser. The URL determines language. A service worker may store public static files; it does not cache messages, HTML or form responses.
Google Analytics
Analytics is optional and loads only when configured and accepted. We measure page visits, contact clicks and successful enquiries without message contents, names or email addresses. Google also receives technical request information when its tag loads. Change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website.
WhatsApp and other platforms
Contact links open the selected platform only when you click them. WhatsApp composer text is passed to that platform in the link. WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook and Instagram also apply their own privacy policies.
